Shakespeare magic in Slovak

When it was first presented in 1994 in Prague, no one would have ever guessed that fifteen years later it would have become one of the biggest festivals in Europe dedicated to the greatest English playwright of all times. After Prague, the Summer Shakespeare Festival expanded to the Czech cities of Brno and Ostrava, before coming to Slovakia. Now, theatre lovers in Bratislava too -as well as in the cities of Košice and Zvolen- can enjoy top theatre productions by Czech and Slovak companies. Enjoy them from July 2 until August 8, 2009.
